Adaptor Flanges for Mining
MA/FT, MA/TF and MA/B
 
    APPLICATION  
   For converting the method of gland
     entry to match that of the enclosure.
    TYPE
   MA/FT - To match a threaded gland to
     a spigot entry enclosure
   MA/TF - To match a spigotted gland to
     a threaded entry enclosure.
   MA/B - To blank off spare spigot entries       on the enclosure.
      Note: Before bolting always ensure       mating faces are clean.

   FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
   MA/FT - Tighten onto the gland then
     bolt the enclosure.
   MA/TF - Tighten into the enclosure then
      bolt gland onto the adaptor.
   MA/B - Bolt directly to the enclosure.
      Note: Before bolting make sure mating       faces are clean.
   STANDARDS/APPROVALS
   Designed and approved to BS 4683       (part 2); and BS 5501 (Parts 1 and 5).
   FLP Certificate No's
     Adaptors MA/FT, MA/TF: 865015 U.
     Blanking Plug MA/B: 865016 U.

   IP RATING
   IP54 as normally supplied but can be      made up to IP66 with suitable sealing      washers between gland and adaptor
     and enclosure
